Terms - Please Read Carefully

For the safety of Dennis, your horse, and you, ALL of the following terms must be complied with.

1. Evenings at Reis Ranch you must commit to 3 consecutive evenings - Tuesday-Wednesday-Thursday Total Price $450.00 paid in advance
2. Weekends at Reis Ranch you must commit to 3 days Friday Saturday-Sunday Total Price $450.00 paid in advance
3. Weekends "On the Road" No Dust Tour you must commit to Friday, Saturday & Sunday Total price $400.00 paid in advance
4. No Stud Horses. Mares and Geldings only.
5. Evenings: Arrival and departure determined at the time of sign up.
6. Weekends at Reis Ranch :Horses must arrive no later than 10am on Friday and leave on Sunday evening
7. Weekends On the Road No Dust Tour: Horses must arrive no later than 5pm on Friday and leave on Sunday evening after last session
8. Owner must be present the entire time Dennis works with the horse.
9. Owner must sign a Liability Release.
10. Owner must sign a Media Release.
11. Owner must provide current Health and Coggins papers when traveling across state lines or as required by the venue facility.
12. Owner must pay in addition for boarding, shavings, and feed (stalls available through the venue facility.)
13. Owners must be able to lead the horse into the arena.
14. Horses must be sound
